Very few details have been released regarding the network’s distribution and availability, but it is expected to be distributed by Comcast and Time Warner Cable service providers.
Andy Schuon, former MTV programming chief, is also involved with the project. Comcast’s expected involvement will feature as part of its ongoing effort to launch minority-owned networks, with a projected 10 networks planned over an eight-year period. Comcast’s merger with NBC Universal also includes two such networks to be launched by early 2013.
